We believe in keeping things simple, fair, and honest – just like our saffron.

Domestic Shipping (India)

FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India – no minimum order required.

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our facility in Kashmir.

Delivery Time:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
  • Tier-2 cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas / Northeast India: 7-10 business days

Shipping Partner: We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post (for remote areas). You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking: Track your order anytime using the tracking link sent to your email or by visiting our Order Tracking page.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore

International Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delivery Time: 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Customs & Duties: Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Kasmirana is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the purity and quality of every pack of Kasmirana saffron. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if:

✅ The product arrived damaged or tampered with
✅ The product received is different from what was ordered
✅ The product fails a purity test (we will refund in full — no questions asked)

Returns are NOT accepted if:

❌ The product has been opened and more than 25% has been used
❌ The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
❌ The product was damaged due to improper storage by the buyer

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@kasmirana.com with your order number, reason, and photos
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you
  4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Refund initiated: Within 48 hours of receiving the returned product
  • Credit card / UPI: 5–7 business days
  • Bank transfer: 7–10 business days
  • Store credit: Immediate (if you choose this option)

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery and email it to support@kasmirana.com. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

General

  • Kasmirana is a registered brand selling GI-tagged Kashmiri Mongra Saffron.
  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity.
  • Order cancellation by the buyer is allowed within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched.

Product Authenticity

  • Every Kasmirana product is 100% genuine GI-tagged Kashmiri Mongra Saffron.
  • Each pack includes a QR code linking to the lab report for that specific batch.
  • If any Kasmirana product fails a legitimate purity test, we offer a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

  • Kasmirana is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
  • Saffron is a natural product – slight variations in colour and aroma between batches are normal and do not indicate a defect.
