Color variations: Saffron threads are a natural agricultural product. Slight variations in colour, aroma, and appearance between batches are normal and not defects
Image representation: Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may slightly differ
Typographical errors: We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent errors in pricing or product details
FSSAI Compliance: All food products sold are FSSAI licensed and meet applicable food safety standards

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Promotional prices are valid only for the period specified

3.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to stock. In case a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you and offer either a full refund or a suitable replacement.

To place orders, you may need to create a User account. You agree to:

5. Orders & Acceptance

5.1 Order Placement

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase
The contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email
We reserve the right to decline any order without assigning reason

5.2 Order Modification

Order changes can be requested within 12 hours of order placement, subject to dispatch status
After dispatch, modifications are not possible

7. Shipping, Delivery & Title

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

You agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. We will respond within 15 working days.

16.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

17. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent
Entire Agreement: These Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us
